To ensure you continue to have uninterrupted service, we promised to send you a FREE Home Phone (device that you connect your traditional corded or cordless phone to), with no plan change required and no activation fee.

By now, you should have received your new Home Phone. If you have yet to receive your new Home Phone, please contact us promptly at 800-450-0429.

Remember to activate your new Home Phone. You must do so by 12/01/2022 to ensure that your service isn’t interrupted. To activate it, simply dial 800-450-0429.

Remember — as 3G towers across the nation shut down, your 3G Home Phone will start to lose functionality and you will eventually have to replace it to enjoy uninterrupted service. Activate your new Home Phone today to keep enjoying all of the services you expect.
